All of our items are hand selected for quality and value. Thus we offer a guarantee on the quality of your purchase. For up to 30 days, we gladly exchange any item for damage that is due to manufacturing defect, and not associated with normal wear and tear. It is our wish that your purchase from us will bring you joy for years to come.
🌿 CARE OF JEWELRY
Each jewelry item at The Gardener’s House has been hand polished and coated with a clear coating to minimize tarnishing and discoloration caused by oxidation.To preserve the color or plating of each piece, avoid exposure to moisture. Body oils, salt, and acid causes oxidation and tarnishing. Always remove jewelry prior to showering, swimming or exercising. Do not place the jewelry in direct contact with perfume, lotion, deodorants, and cosmetics. Ensure hands are clean and dry when handling jewelry. And thoroughly wipe jewelry items with a clean, dry cloth after each use. Store in a clean, dry place.
🌿 METAL COMPONENTS OF JEWELRY
Each person has a unique set of tolerances and allergies when it comes to various metals. Our jewelry collection contains pieces made from a range of common metals and metalwork processes including solid 925 sterling silver, silver plating, 14K, 18K, and 22K gold plating, solid brass, copper, plated metal alloy, and electro-plating.
Most people are not allergic to gold or sterling silver but, rather, to nickel which is a common metal that is added to many gold or silver jewelry pieces offered in the general marketplace. Nickel allergy is the most common type of metal allergy in the world, causing significant local contact dermatitis (skin reddening and itching). Cobalt, copper, and chromium are also common culprits. These metals can be found in consumer items such as jewelry, cell phones, and clothing items.
The Gardener’s House does not guarantee that our jewelry will not cause allergies due to metal components. If you experience any allergic reaction, discontinue immediately the use of the jewelry item, and consult your physician. The Gardener’s House is not responsible for any allergic reactions experienced, and will not offer refunds or exchanges in these situations.
The Gardener’s House does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Unless items are damaged during shipping or contain a manufacturing defect, all sales are final. Please ask all questions before buying, and review photos carefully. And know that we take great care to ensure that you will love what you receive!
🌿 QUALITY CHECK
We take great care to quality check each piece before we ship. Exchanges are offered in cases an item has been deemed faulty due to manufacturers defect. For exchanges due to manufacturer’s defect, The Gardener’s House will assess the fault and reserves the right to repair or replace the item. An exchange for reason of manufacturer’s defect will be offered if you notify The Gardener’s House of any fault within 30 days of receipt.
🌿 WHY WE CAN'T ACCEPT RETURNS
We are a very small business and are not equipped at this time to handle returns. Once an item has been purchased, it is considered final sale. We do not offer refunds on items as we take time to be as detailed as possible both in describing the item and in item pictures. Ultimately, it is our goal that you love and are confident in your purchase.
